Dr Frank Heyd founded Heyd Strategy to help leadership teams isolate the few choices that matter, pressure-test the assumptions behind them, and define what must be true for the strategy to win.
His perspective is shaped by more than twenty years in military intelligence and strategy consulting, across environments where clarity, timing, and judgment are decisive.
He has advised organisations ranging from large multinationals and family-owned businesses to a leading Formula 1 team and special forces. Frank holds a doctorate and MBA, completed strategy programmes at Wharton and London Business School, and serves as a guest lecturer at London Business School. He is a member of the Strategic Management Society.
